What do we expect from you?

Here, we are fully focused on the customer. Your role will be essential in helping to build strong relationships and in bringing global technology to major industries quickly and securely.

 

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Manage and keep customer, lead, and opportunity records up to date in the CRM
  • Ensure that the sales pipeline is continuously updated at every stage
  • Receive and review purchase orders, and forward them to the procurement department
  • Send order confirmations and follow up with customers on the status of their orders
  • Follow up on sales proposals and orders in the pipeline
  • Work with the procurement department to follow up on quotes
  • Track the entire order process, from quotation to delivery, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
  • Compile and analyze sales metrics, such as sales, conversion rate, average order value, and sales pipeline
  • Prepare management reports and support decision-making
  • Track sales targets and flag performance deviations
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales, procurement, and logistics departments
  • Monitor procurement portals and bidding processes, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Maintain active relationships with clients and identify business opportunities

 

Requirements and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative and/or sales tasks
  • Currently enrolled in or having completed a higher education degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
  • Analytical mindset, with strategic vision and familiarity with key performance indicators
  • Basic Knowledge of International Trade
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Good communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with others
