What do we expect from you?
Here, we are fully focused on the customer. Your role will be essential in helping to build strong relationships and in bringing global technology to major industries quickly and securely.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Cadastrar no sistema clientes e oportunidades de negócio;
- Cobrar o retorno dos orçamentos das demandas viáveis enviadas para suprimentos;
- Receber o pedido de compra, fazer análise e encaminhar para suprimentos;
- Enviar a confirmação do Pedido ao cliente;
- Imput de dados para a elaboração e análise de indicadores de desempenho mensalmente;
- Manter o sistema (CRM) atualizado em cada etapa;
- Fazer follow up de pedidos em carteira;
- Acompanhar o andamento das licitações nos portais de compra.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Inglês fluente
- Cursando Administração de Empresas, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlacionadas;
- Experiência de 1 ano em rotinas administrativas/comerciais;
- Conhecimento básico de comércio exterior;
- Excel Intermediário;
- Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento;
- Facilidade para trabalhar em equipes
