It was with this message that Luana Fassbender, Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, kicked off Smart Supply’s 12th-anniversary celebration, held last Thursday (July 2).
The event brought together employees, clients, partners, and friends to celebrate the company’s history of consistent growth and a new chapter in its story: the official opening of its new headquarters in Balneário Camboriú (SC).
More than just a physical space, the renovation of the headquarters marked a phase of expansion and growth for Smart Supply, driven by ongoing investments in people, technology, and knowledge.
During the ceremony, guests had the opportunity to tour the new facility, which was designed to keep pace with the company’s growth and provide even more capacity to serve customers, partners, and manufacturers around the world.
A Career Built with Purpose
Smart Supply’s anniversary comes at a special time for the company. In just over a decade, the organization has transformed a small office set up in an apartment into an internationally active company, establishing itself as one of Brazil’s leading distributors of industrial solutions.
Today, Smart Supply has offices strategically located in Balneário Camboriú (Brazil), Rio de Janeiro (Brazil), and Montijo (Portugal), strengthening its direct connection with global manufacturers and suppliers and making the supply chain more efficient for its customers.

During his speech, Smart Supply CEO Jonathan Schwingel emphasized that the company’s growth is the result of the dedication of the people who have been part of its journey, and he reaffirmed the commitment to continue investing in innovation without compromising the core values that have always guided the organization.
